First up, the party, which was oh-so-tame this year for some reason. They painted, they danced, they pinned the gold in the pot at the end of the rainbow. They ate rainbow crudites and pizza.
And then, the cake! I love her face. It's her wow-this-is-for-me-face. Yes, sweetheart, it's for you. Happy Birthday!The cake was really just for effect - But it was good! In all of its wheat-free, dairy-free glory, thankyouverymuch.The highlight was the pinata, which was a first for her, and though it was a little chilly we were still able to hang it in the tree and let the kids have at it. And they did!They all made this face! Must be the pinata face or something!I think she had a happy day!
